Stayed with friends in February. Each family had their own bedroom with their own bathroom, which was very convenient. The common area of the kitchen, dining area and pool area are very cozy and suitable for spending time together. A swimming pool with a beautiful sea view. The villa is located between two beaches, but we really liked the road to the best beach in Phuket- Kata Noi. A 5-minute walk along a shady road from the slide. We moved mostly around Phuket by taxi. Convenient, fast and the taxi goes right to the door of the villa. We liked the vacation very much, without hesitation we have already booked a villa for the next visit.

Jariya is a responsive and proactive host. None of us wanted to leave the villa to explore phuket as the villa was not just beautiful, it provided a great view of the sea, and filled with many facilities with daily breakfast available, it is perfect for big group setting! Thanks for hosting all of us and giving us such an memorable stay!

The villa is near to the entrance of Katamanda, and gives you peace of mind as it is a private resort. Access to the Kata Noi beach via the grounds is really useful. The villa is well presented, clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable and aircon is very good. The pool is well positioned and maintained to an excellent standard, with 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols, with outside dining table and chairs, with BBQ. The villa has its own washing and drying machines, which is a real bonus. We booked continental breakfast, the team presented the food very well. Sodsai, Tan and the team are very responsive to communication, helpful and kind. P’Nee Tour (concierge) helped us book tours and transportation and so easy using What’s App. The villa is of a high standard and makes for a fabulous family holiday!

It’s a beautiful villa with a amazing view, amazing house help Pumpi the villa manager, she was really helpful and arranged food for us from ordering local vegetarian food also helped in getting groceries. She and her team are very good and helpful. Rooms are big especially on the main floor also other rooms are quite good. Had no problems or issues while we were there for 5 days.

We had a wonderful stay at Jariya’s villa in Katamanda estate. She and the Luxe villas team were super responsive and helpful, arranging airport transfers, check-in and a private chef for one evening. They ensured our stay was very smooth and comfortable. The villa is waking distance to two beaches and plenty of cafes/restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodation is excellent, conveniently located between the two beautiful beaches of Kata Beach and Kata Noi (the most beautiful of the two, located in the far south). The residence is superb, offering a spacious setting with two beautiful pools. The host is very available and always ready to communicate with you. As for the staff, it is absolutely charming, always welcoming with a smile and a hello that warm the heart. Plan a scooter to move around easily (a private garage is available in the residence). In short: 5/5, feel free to have a great holiday in Kata!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Katamalee, Kata! Jariya and her team were super helpful - organised private chefs to cook breakfast and dinner and even organised private in-house massages as well an in-house maid who ensured everything was cleaned daily. Photos match up although the views from the villa are even more spectacular in person! Would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a private experience in a great location. Jariya also helped organised the airport transfer directly to the villa and gave us a guided tour of the surroundings and how to access everything easily.

5 Stars - An Unforgettable Paradise! I had the most incredible stay at this stunning condominium in Kara Phuket, Thailand! Perched on a hillside, the panoramic views were breathtaking—overlooking lush landscapes and sunsets that felt like a dream. The villa was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly blended luxury with the natural beauty of Thailand. Every detail, from the tranquil pool to the cozy, stylish interiors, made me feel like I was in a private paradise. The host’s attention to detail and hospitality made the experience even better. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone seeking relaxation and rejuvenation in one of the world’s most magical locations. I can’t wait to return!

What an amazing place! The photos really don't do it justice. We've been fortunate to stay in a lot of amazing villa but this is by far the best. The villa was perfect. Beautiful views, amazing pool, luxurious bedrooms and appointments. Fast Wifi, responsive aircon, smarthub for lighting, amazing short throw projector & smart entertainment, Kamado Joe BBQ - anything you could possibly want. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like royalty!! The team could not have been more accommodating, and Amm - the housekeeper was fantastic. She was never intrusive but always managed to keep everything perfect. And did laundry every day for us. And the concierge team were always on hand on whats app to make recommendations and bookings for us. Perfect! Oh and we cannot forget Warachai - the chef - whom we booked a couple of times on the stay. Wow!!! Better than any of the high end restaurants in the area!! Thank you! so much everyone!!! We cannot wait to see you all again!!

The heights penthouse is truly spectacular and Jariya and her team were super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was everything as promised - with the views maybe even exceeding the photos. Jariya and team were always available - right from helping us organise transport to the villa, ensuring we were settled in, local taxis whilst staying, organising trips and finally transport back to the airport. I would also recommend the private chef option as the food was really amazing! We had a fabulous time and would very much recommend.

A little isolated from the hustle and bustle of Kata, the accommodation is even better than the photos. Quiet, superb view and high quality residence environment with a gym and one of the most beautiful pools I have ever seen. In addition, the host, represented by Pook, is always attentive, offers quality cleaning and is extremely kind. To summarize, from a 4-day reservation, I stayed 12 days... thanks again to Pook and Bow
